Note: Due to Covid-19 our staff and customers safety is our first priority. All packages will be sanitized and disinfected before packaged and shipped. Shipments from Canada Post may also be delayed beyond our control.

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via calculated Canada Post rates at checkout. We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. The following is our shipping zones.

Canada - We ship to 10 Provinces in Canada. Except the following Provinces: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

United States - We ship to 42 States in the United States. Except the following States: Alaska, American Samoa, District of Columbia, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Nebraska, New Mexico, Norther Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. Custom duties are not included in shipping if applicable.

International Shipping - We ship to the following: Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia. Any other countries not listed please send us a email to confirm shipping location. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Custom duties are not included in shipping if applicable.

We provide Canada(Ontario) free local delivery within certain distance around Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill , and Vaughan. Please contact us or email us info@physikay.com for delivery eligibility before placing order for delivery option.
